A baby, a wedding, and flying objects

Saturday we brought Elsa to her first wedding. She behaved amazingly well during the ceremony - no outbursts requiring us to make a quick exit. At the reception she crawled the halls of the hotel for so long, people swore she put on a couple miles. She wore holes through her tights, but oh well.

Elsa all dressed up at the church.

These photos pretty much sum up the dinner. Everyone duck!

Have you driven by the Rustic Inn in Stacy lately? It just looks so awesome now. I think Julie and I are going to make it "our place".

No, what happened? Did they liven it up by hanging some sheets in the windows? They really do have good chicken and ribs. If you go there, let me know if you think the bbq sauce is ketchup and grape jelly. I'd bet money it is.

They have totally redone the exterior - siding, a stone veneer wainscot, and a deck / outdoor smoking lounge! There has been a real buzz around Stacy. Wanda, the cashier at Ken's Cupboard, said that it is supposed to be totally awesome when they are done. I plan establishing myself as a regular customer right away.

I thought it was Tim's Country Cupboard. Who's Ken?

I think you are right. I must have gotten it confused with Ken's Keyboard over in Farmington, WI.

Ken's Keyboard!
Oddly enough, did you know that Tim's Country Cupboard makes a kick ass soft taco? It's true. The next best thing to Chipotle. Who knew Stacy was such a goldmine?
