Lila is 9 months old today!

Holy moly, where does the time go? She's nearly a year old, but still our baby. No hair, no teeth, no sleeping! Haha...ha...ha...huh. Anyway, she's adorable and we love her. Here are some pics from today in her springiest of outfits. The many faces of Lila:

Whenever we eat, she wants what we're having. She seems angry with pureed baby food - she prefers table food. I'm glad we can finally throw stuff at her without hesitation. Um, baby food, I mean.
Here she is drinking proficiently from a sippy cup. I try to give her milk/formula out of them as much as possible so she doesn't develop a bottle habit.

To mark the special day, we bundled up and went to the park. As soon as the park came into view, Elsa was screaming,"Paaaark! Hello, park! Tunnel slide, I'm back! I came back, tunnel slide! I'm heeeere! Yaayyyy!" It was so happy and so sad at the same time. Lila was all like, "Wha?"

We had a special dinner of pasta with mushrooms and spinach so Lila could easily join us. She LOVED it - she had about 4 helpings.

The following miraculous photos are of Elsa. It takes a steady hand and a bucketful of patience these days to get one photo of her face.

She's hilarious. Here she said,"Mama say, 'Is there a kid in the toy box?' Mama say, 'Who's that kid in the toy box?'"

Nekked window markering.

Clowning around at dinner time.
